The back leg splint extends down the metatarsal joint and under the back paw, giving full support to the lower rear leg.

At first, it may take a few days for your dog or pet to get use to the feeling of walking around with a dog splint, but with the state of the art design, they will feel comfortable with movement and mobility in no time. Encourage them to walk in it using treats. A sock can be used around the paw before applying the splint to make it more padded and comfortable.

Great support!

Very happy with the rear leg splint. Before wearing it Amber wasn't happy to put her foot down, now with the splint she's using the leg more, this should help her metatarsal to heal.
