The 200cm x 44cm running area, 2HP motor and 0.4–20km\/h speed range allow exercise to be tailored to each dog's pace and fitness level, making the treadmill useful for building muscle, interval training, cardiovascular fitness, weight management, structured conditioning and controlled rehabilitation. Ten incremental incline settings and five incremental decline settings provide approximately 4% incline and 4% decline, allowing uphill and downhill walking to alter muscle engagement and provide additional options for controlled exercise, conditioning and professionally directed rehabilitation.
