In either case a Vet diagnosis is essential so you can begin treating and rehabilitating the dog as soon as possible. Check the girth of your dog's chest for more accurate sizing.Measure the girth just behind the dog's front legs and around the torso. Medium - 20-28" Large - 28-36"
