Strict Refund Policy - no dog hair!!
Your item must be returned "as new". Failure to do so on any account, will mean you are not refunded. We operate a strict 'no dog hair' refund policy. We will not refund items with ANY dog hair on or damage. If it does, we will send back to you. Please try with a t-shirt, sock or similar. All original tags must still be attached, plus all original packaging returned. We do not refund the original shipping cost.
Exchange Policy
We operate a strict 14 day exchange policy. It can be difficult buying online so we are very happy to exchange products which might be the wrong size, please send the form back to our office and we will send out the exchange the same day. We will get in touch with you to pay the new £4.95 shipping.
Strict 14 Day Return Policy
We operate a strict 14 day returns policy. This starts the day you receive your item and ends the day you send back. We will not accept if you have been for a long holiday and couldn't return in time (!). It also includes if your item has been sitting at a postal depot and you have not collected it. We do not refund the original shipping cost.
Supplements
Once opened and the seal broken, we are unable to offer a refund for supplements or medication sold on our website.
Custom Products
All custom products are non-returnable once purchased. This includes Maximus PawsUp, Maximus Skates, our Custom Knee Brace and any other products on the website.
Rubbing
Due to dog hygiene, we can not accept returns for items which have caused rubbing. This is due to the risk of transmitting diseases between dogs unknowingly.
