Maximus Skates are excellent for dogs in wheelchairs who have lost the use of their back legs or have aggressive paw knuckling. Skates allow your dog to maintain their natural standing position, protecting their paws and increasing back and forth gliding resulting in exercise. Using skates means your dog will balance well in a dog wheelchair, maintain muscle and mobility. Maximus Skates are used by 1000s of dogs helping stimulate the paws, including a de-knuckling brace, which can help either front and rear paws. Maximus Skates does not over-stimulate or irritate your dogs pads like other devices in the market. If your dog has light paw knuckling, it is best to look at Maximus PawsUp here.

  • Excellent if your dog suffers from paw knuckling
  • Increases exercise and muscle usage compared to using stirrups
  • Soft and well padded with a Velcro strap
  • Can be worn for an extended period of time
  • Machine washable

Review: "Made so much of a difference, to be able to mimic that natural motion without her legs being suspended. It built her strength back up, increasing her muscles." [Danna] ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Maximus Skates

Place paw on the top of a ruler, bearing weight if possible. Push down any fur then measure the widest part of the paw.
