Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • Hello. Do you have anything for a full front leg amputation please? Thanks.

The dog must have a stump for this specific prosthetic to work. The stump must be down to the carpal or tarsal joint. Unfortunately we do not have an optoin for a dog that does not have a stump, at this moment in time. It is something we are working on.

How the Prosthetic Process Works

You need to pick if you want to scan using an app or use a cast method We support both methods. You will need to scan/cast both the amputated stump leg and good leg.

You will need your vet to help you do this.

We will ship you the cast or help you get the app and logon correctly.

Once the scan and cast are made, we will ship this for the prosthetic to be made.

Once made we will ship back to you to start using!

When would you recommend a blade or classic? Blade is more dynamic and more energy efficient for a dog. The classic is a little bit more robust and look more like a natural leg.

How long do they take to manufacture? We produce them in 5-10 working days.

How much of the limb do you need for each splint type? To get a good functional prosthetic it’s good if they are not amputated proximal to the carpal and tarsal joint.
