What is Your Return Policy if the Wheelchair Doesn't Fit My Dog or Meet Expectations?

Yes we offer a 14 day returns policy.

We offer a 14 day returns policy. This means you can try your wheelchair at home to see if it helps your dog. You must return the dog wheelchair ‘as new’ - so please don’t use your wheelchair outdoors until you’re sure that you want to keep it - and with all original packaging, labels, and tags undamaged and intact. 

We can not refund dog wheelchairs which show any signs of use, wear and tear, or having been outside.

We have a strict 'no dog hair' policy and items with any dog hair or damage won't be refunded / exchanged.

Please note we do not refund the cost of shipping out the original item.

The 14 day returns period starts from the day you receive your wheelchair. This means that the wheelchair must be sent back to us within this 14 day period.
