The Walkabout Rear Lift Walking Dog Harness is our most popular rear end harness helping dogs with arthritis, back and rear leg weakness and general fatigue. Post your dog's legs through the leg holes and pull it up like a pair of trousers. Pull the straps firmly over and secure the Velcro. Use the handles to help your dog up and down when getting them out of bed or into the garden. This is a simple harness with easy handles, the handles are long enough you don't need to bend over when standing next to your dog. You can combine this rear harness with the Walkabout Front Lift Harness if your dog needs both front and rear support.

  • Excellent for supporting dogs with weaker mobility
  • Handles of varying lengths help you stand up straight
  • Can be left on all-day
  • Available for amputee dogs, please see below

Review: "This was suggested as an alternative to another product, and I have found it fantastic with Ellies weak back legs. Its been a godsend for getting her out for walks again and so easy to use." [Nigel, UK]  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  • Can this be kept on whilst going to toilet (number 1 and 2)? We have a 13yr old Lab that is approx 34kg. Thanks

Yes, the harness can be kept on for both number 1 and 2, there’s plenty of clearance in the front and back for your dog (male or female) to go to the toilet whilst wearing it.
