The Balto Soft Elbow Brace is a single elbow brace designed to protect one of your dog's elbows. This single elbow brace is excellent for hygromas, sores, calluses on the elbow and bursitis. The elbow brace is ideal for other elbow joint conditions such as arthritis, osteoarthritis or elbow dysplasia and can support a single. This is a quality elbow brace that can be worn all day, indoors or outdoors. When your dog is resting or left overnight, you can take it off to give your dog rest. If you require a double Elbow Brace, we recommend our Balto Soft Double Elbow Brace.

Our dog has a small hygroma on one elbow. What brace would be best for my dog?

Answer:

We recommend our Balto Soft Dog Elbow Brace (above) to help with a small hygroma, and to prevent one on the other elbow we suggest you look at the double Balto Soft Plus Double Elbow Brace. Both of these Balto Braces have good thick padding which will protect your dog's elbow. We would recommend you don't purchase the Kruuse Dog Elbow Protector as this only offers light support better suited to keeping an elbow cut clean or similar.

Elbow brace

At the moment my dog is not tolerating it, I will continue to persevere.

It's a good product

My retreiver has problems with her elbow. The brace does help. It took a few days for her to accept it . I put it on for walks and it takes the pressure off the joint. Perseverance with the dog is required initially and their gait is affected by the brace, but it seems to keep the pain at bay and gives a bit more quality to life .

Balto soft elbow brace

I’ve got my brother in law’s Labrador who has an arthritic front elbow staying with me for a month. He has Librela injections every month and he’s nearlyi due his next injection and has been struggling on walks with him having to lie down numerous times. I searched for something to assist him and found Zoomadog thankfully. I found their website informative which was very helpful and decided to purchase the Balto soft elbow brace which arrived promptly to my relief., great service. The brace has brought great relief to the big fella and l, he has not had to lie down on our walks since using it on him just whilst we’re out. Thanks Zoomadog

good support brace

this single elbow brace is a good support and fits well, Evie has had 2 ops on right elbow and now she showing lameness again, so got this brace to help, before she goes to vets for a CT scan, she is getting used to it and it seems to help.
