How to use our products effectively:

Step 1 - Make sure your device is fully charged and unplugged from the mains power supply.

Step 2 - Ensure your pet is calm, relaxed, clean and dry.

Step 3 - Fit or place the device on the problem area, adjusting the Velcro strap until it is comfortable.

Step 4 - Switch the device ON (hold button for 3 seconds) and allow the device to run for the full 10-minute treatment.

Yes - If your pet has long or dense fur then simply lengthen the treatment time to 20 minutes per session.

Medication: Please do not discontinue any medication but check with your vet to ensure the medication does not cause light sensitivity. HeaLED® is a complementary treatment, assisting and stimulating cells to speed up the healing processes and relieve pain.

Epilepsy: If your pet suffers from Epilepsy, do not use this device.

Cancer: Light therapy does not cure or cause cancer. Do not use light therapy on any cancer or suspected cancerous mass.
HeaLED® light therapy cannot cause cancer as it is red and near-infrared, which is at the opposite end of the light spectrum to harmful ultraviolet (UV) light.

Pregnant: Do not use if your pet is pregnant.

No eye protection is needed, but as the light is very bright, do not look directly into the emitted light.
